结论 (1)从塔菲尔极化曲线可知,Zn-Ti合金镀层与纯锌镀层相比,极化电阻大,腐蚀电流小,故Zn-Ti合金镀层的耐蚀性能比纯锌镀层好。当锌浴中钛质量分数为0.05%时,Zn-Ti合金镀层的耐蚀性最佳。 (2)从电化学阻抗谱图可知,与纯锌镀层相比, Bode模图中Zn-Ti合金镀层的曲线向上移动,其低频阻抗增大,锌浴中添加钛增强了热浸镀锌层的腐蚀保护作用;Bode相图中合金镀层的最大相位角值均比纯锌镀层增加,合金镀层的频率一相位角曲线均向低频方向移动,表明添加钛后在镀层中形成的氧化膜层提高了对腐蚀介质侵蚀的阻滞作用;Nyquist图中无论在高频区还是低频区,Zn-Ti合金镀层的阻抗都比纯锌镀层有所增加,说明Zn-Ti合金镀层钢板的耐蚀性高于纯锌镀层钢板的耐蚀性。 参考文献: [1] PISTOFIDIS N,VOURLIAS G,KONIDARIS S,et al.Microstructure of zinc hot-dip galvanized coatings used for corrosion protection[J].Materials Letters.2006,60(6):786—789.
