摘要:从环境保护的角度出发,针对工厂搬迁后遗留的氰化电镀槽液、含氰废水和废渣,提出了详细的处理方法、原理和工艺流程。先用碱性氯化法破氰(以次氯酸钠为药剂),再用硫化钠沉淀重金属离子,最后调节pH。总结了处理过程中的安全注意事项。处理后的排水达到GB 8978-1996的一级排放标准。 关键词:氰化电镀;废水;废渣;处理;环保;排放 中图分类号:X781.1 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1004-227X(2009)09-0038-03 Treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater and waste residue from cyanide electroplating bath//HUANG Ping Abstract:The detailed method,principle and process flow for treating used cyanide electroplating solutions as well as cyanide-conmining wastewater and waste residue after factory removal were presented from the viewpoint of environmental protection.Firstly,cyanide is decomposed by alkaline chlorination with sodium hypochlorite;secondly,heavy metal ions are precipitated by the addition of sodium sulfide;and finally,pH is adjusted.Some safety notes during treatment process were summarized.The treated effluent can meet the requirements of the first grade of GB 8978--l996 standard.
