铝锰合金表面直流反应磁控溅射制备氧化铟锡薄膜:结论

结论

溅射功率为210 W,衬底温度120℃,溅射时间20 min时,在AlMn合金上制备的IT0薄膜主要生成In203、InxSnyOz、InAIMn04、MnSn03等物相,薄膜与基体结合良好,薄膜纳米晶粒细小。制备上IT0薄膜后,AlMn合金显微硬度提高,并且具备一定的耐磨损和耐腐蚀能力。
