摘要:提出了一种基于氯化钾镀锌体系的锌铁(钒)合金电镀溶液,其组成及工艺条件为:氯化锌80g/L,氯化钾240 g/L,硼酸30 g/L,R·G-618光亮剂18 mL/L,R·G-618配位剂60 mL/L,温度l5~35℃,pH 4.5,阴极电流密度0.5。3.0A/dm2。简述了所用添加剂的主要成分及作用。采用扫描电镜和x射线衍射分析了镀层的形貌和织构。在质量分数为3%的NaCl溶液的极化曲线测量和中性盐雾试验结果表明,锌铁(钒)合金镀层的耐蚀性比纯锌镀层更优异。 关键词:锌铁(钒)合金;电镀;添加剂;形貌;织构;耐蚀性 中图分类号:TQl53.2 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1004-227X(200g)0g-0010-04 Electroplating of zinc-iron(vanadium) alloy in potassium chloride electrolyte//ZHOU Chang-hong*,WU Ming wei.JIANG Sheng Abstract:A Zn-Fe(V)alloy electroplating bath was developed based on the potassium chloride Zn plating electrolyte.The bath composition and process conditions are as follows:ZnCl2 80 g/L,KCl 240 g/L,H3803 30 g/L,R·G-618 brightening agent l 8 mL/L.R·G一618 complexing agent 60 mL/L。temperature l 5.35℃.pH 4.5 and cathodic current density 0.5-3.0 A/dm2.The main components and roles of the additives in potassium chloride electrolyte were in仃oduced.The deposit morphology and texture were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results of polarization curve measurement in a 3%(mass fraction)NaCl solution and neutral salt spray test showed that the Zn-Fe(V)alloy deposit has a superior corrosion resistance to pure Zn deposit.
