摘要:开发了ZH一01水性双组分氟碳树脂及双组分水性氟碳涂料。研究了交联剂己二酸二酰肼(ADH)的用量对乳液凝胶率和涂膜硬度的影响,确定m(氟乳液)/m(ADH)=100:0.8。比较了ZH-01氟乳液及其相应涂料涂膜与其他市售乳液及其涂料涂膜的性能。结果表明,ZH-01氟乳液具有优良的性能,所得氟涂料涂膜比其他乳液涂料涂膜具有更好的综合特性,在抗紫外老化方面尤为突出。

Abstract:WaterboFne double-component fluorocarbon resin ZH-01and double-component waterborne fluoro.carbon coating materials were developed.The effect of the dosage of curing agent ADH(adipic dihydrazide)on gelling rate of emulsion and coating hardness was studied.A mass ratio of fluorine.containing emulsion to ADH was determined as l 00:0.8.The performances were compared between ZH-01 fluorine.containing emulsion and the coating thereof and other emulsions available on the market and their coatings.The results showed that the ZH-01 fluorine.containing emulsion has excellent properties and the fluorocarbon coating has beRer comprehensive performances than other coatings,especially in respect of the anti- ultraviolet aging.

1 前言
氟碳涂料在实际运用中主要作为长寿命装饰和抗恶劣环境的涂层。目前,国内氟碳涂料主要以有机溶剂为分散介质,生产、使用过程中会产生大量的有机物气体。随着国家环保要求的日益严格,水性氟碳树脂和水性氟碳涂料的研发及推广日趋活跃。笔者所在公司秉承40年氟产品研发、生产经验,特别是近年来在水性氟碳树脂方面同国外的技术合作,使得水性氟碳树脂的制备技术日趋成熟,开发了具有环保和长期耐候性的ZH一01水性氟碳树脂,成为国内大型氟碳树脂生产厂家之一。
