一、 特点
1． 钾系酸性光亮镀锌工艺，不含铵等混合物，适合挂镀及滚镀。
2． 光亮范围宽，均镀能力良好。
3． 金属杂质容忍度高，尤其对于金属铁容忍度极高。

阳极：纯锌板阳极
过滤：为防止镀层粗糙，正常操作建议采用滤心连续过滤，而过滤器必得每小时镀液循环1-2次。
搅拌：采用空气或机械式搅拌以避免镀层产生条纹缺陷。
补充：DY光泽剂消耗量100-150毫升/千安培小时，DY柔软剂消耗量50-100毫升/千安培小时。
