洛斯嘉來36淬火油

Locks QARA 36is a medium viscosity mineral oil, specially formulated on high quality solvent refined paraffinic base oil with additives to give an accelerated quenching rate. It can achieve the hardness, which could not be obtained by straight mineral oils. It protects the component from cracking, even at the junction of the portion with different thickness. The additives present in the oil are stable over a wide range of temperature and will not dissociate or break down. QARA 36performs excellent anti-oxidation and thermal stability. The optimum bath temperatures are 20℃- 80℃.

洛斯嘉來36是由高質量溶劑精煉石蠟基礦物油配合特殊添加劑而製成，能加速驟冷的速度，從而達到一般礦物油所不能得到的硬度，在工件厚簿交接處，也能防止工件爆裂。 所含的添加劑極為穩定，不會因溫度變化而分離和釋出，嘉來36具有良好的抗氧化性及熱穩定性，浴糟的最佳溫度為20℃至80℃。
