旋转电镀系统：旋转电镀方式实现了工件在电镀槽内的溶液中沿中心轴作圆周旋转，同时工件实现自转，这使得镀液对镀件表面不断的大幅度的冲刷和充分的接触交换，同时工件的旋转也使得在旋转电镀装置内的电力线分布较均匀，从而最终达到镀件的镀层均匀、质量好的目的。根据客户需要，旋转系统可设计为仅实现工件沿中心轴做圆周公转。
Rotary electroplating realizes work piece rotate along the center axis in the electroplating solution and realizes work piece self-spin. This way make plating solution wash against surface of the coated parts continually and fiercely and enough materials exchange. In addition, work piece revolution cause power line distributed uniformly. All of these eventually results in electroplate product of high quality. The rotating system could be designed to realize work pieces only rotate along the center axis according to customer’s requirement.
