废气处理系统:电镀生产过程中很多环节都会产生大量废气,可分为含尘废气、酸性废气、碱性废气、氮氧化物废气、含铬废气及含氰废气等,必须经严格处理,控制排放,以防止空气污染。常用的废气治理方法有废气燃烧法、废气液体吸收法、废气活性炭吸附法、紫外线-臭氧法、废气微生物分解治理法等。生产线上产生的废气分类排放经处理达标后高空排放。
Waste gas processing system:
Large quantity of waste gas is generated during many electroplating process. The waste gas includes dust-laden waste gas, acid-alkali waste gas, nitrogen oxides waste gas, cyanide waste gas and so on. The exhausted gas must be treated and reach the standard, avoiding pollute air. The conventional waste gas treatment methods conclude combustion, liquid absorption, activated carbon adsorption, UV/ozone, microbiological degradation and so on. The treated gas, reaching the standard, is high-altitude exhausted.
