纯水系统：电镀生产过程中，根据不同工艺的要求，生产线上用水可能为纯水或超纯水，根据不同用户对纯水的要求不一，公司可设计制造不同规格与标准的的纯水处理设备。取达国家标准的自来水为源水，经过预处理系统、反渗透系统等处理系统有效去除水中各种盐份及杂质，然后运用离子交换混床，进一步提升水质，使出水达到用水工艺要求；系统采用全自动控制，该设备具有产水水质稳定、操作简便、运行费用低、维护方便等优点。
Pure water system:
Pure water of different purities is used in electroplating line according to different technological requirements. Our company can supply the pure water equipment of multiple specification and standard according to the costumer requirement. The source water is national standard city tap water. The salinity of city water is moved through the pretreatment system and reverse osmosis system. Then the water quality is further improved by ion exchange mixed bed or twice reverses osmosis to achieve technological requirements. Automatic control is used in the system. The advantages of the equipment include water quality stabilization, simplex operation, low operation cost, easy maintenance and so on.
