杜笙MB-115发电机内冷水专用树脂是我公司根据国内目前发电厂的混床装置,出水要求精心研制的一种即用型专用树脂,现场在电厂系统设备完善,除盐水达到补水要求,即可达到电力标准。用于火力发电厂发电机内冷水处理的混床离子交换树脂,适用于发电机内冷水的离子交换处理及微碱性离子交换处理。该技术较补加凝结水法及缓蚀剂处理法有明显的技术优势,通过提高内冷水的PH值,使空心导线处于相对钝化状态,降低了铜的腐蚀速率,同时离交混床还起到了旁路过滤的作用,截留系统中原有的氧化铜颗粒和其他腐蚀产物,减少了线棒堵塞的可能性。经处理后的出水能同时满足DL/T801-2010(大型发电机内冷却水质及系统技术要求)中关于PH值,电导率及含铜量的要求。
