芜湖万邦汽车零部件有限公司，成立于2003年，地处安徽省芜湖市，系集研发、生产、销售为一体的综合性汽车零部件集团公司，旗下有汽车轮毂厂、车轮装饰盖厂、减震器厂、前格栅厂等汽车零部件厂家。目前涉及的汽车零部件产品主要包括：汽车铝轮毂、车轮装饰盖（罩）、减震器、行李架、进气格栅、内外开门把手、标牌等。产品以一级或二级供应商的方式，向多家汽车整车厂及著名海外客户提供配套，产品远销全球40多个国家和地区。
为确保产品质量，本公司已通过SGS公司认证的ISO/TS16949：2002质量体系认证。此外，本公司还拥有由CNC机床、加工中心、自动注塑机、涂装线组成的先进的自动化生产线。具备专业的零部件性能实验室，能够进行高低温、盐雾、老化及相关机械性能试验以及材料试验。我公司正在进行ISO17025实验室资格认证。
我公司具有较强的产品开发、模具设计及制造能力。可根据客户的要求为用户设计车轮、车轮装饰盖、减震器等汽车配件，并提供三维数据及制作快速成型件服务，产品工艺包括电镀、涂装、车亮等，以满足不同用户的新产品开发要求。

WUHU WANBANG AUTO PARTS CO., LTD was established in 2003 in Wuhu city, Anhui province, which includes：alloy wheel factory、wheel cap (cover) factory、shock absorber factory、radiator grill factory,etc. It is a specialized corporation which design、 manufacture and sell metal and plastic automotive parts. Now our manufactures include alloy wheel、 wheel cap(cover)、shock absorber、baggage rack、radiator grill、outer and inner handle、logo ,etc. The products are supplied to more than 40 countries all over the world.
For our manufactures’ quality, our company has a quality management system, which is coincident with ISO/TS16949:2002. We also have a strong ability for tooling making with CNC machines、plastic injection machine、auto painting line .We have a special lab with convection oven, cass cabinet, temperature machine, omnipotence test machine for manufacture and material test. Now we are preparing for ISO17025. WanBang has a strong design team .We can design styling of wheels、wheel cap(cover)、shock absorber etc, and create 3D models , make fast styling parts and different surface finishing : painting、chrome、aluminum plate 、plastic+aluminum plate caps according to our customers’ different requirements.
