美国Walchem品牌WNI410系列化学镀镍控制器是应用光电原理在线分析电镀缸内镀镍溶液浓度的变化，能以每升(g/L)或液盎司每加仑(oz/gal)来显示。使用此控制器在镀镍缸上能减少人工滴定检验的需要并增加生产能力，当到达最大“金属消耗”时更能自动地提示使用者从而减少资源浪费及增加电镀缸的寿命。只需设定好设定点就能得到准确的结果。
美国Walchem品牌WNI410系列化学镀镍控制器价钱经济，内置微处理器以菜单形式控制，控制器可以有只测量镍或附带有pH控制功能从而省去另外添置pH控制器的需要。两个独立泵输出用于镍及一个用于pH，每个都可统计泵的总运作时间、总添加量或“金属消耗”。用户可透过背光源LCD显示屏来查看镍浓度与设定点的差距。
电镀缸外流通式感应器能节省宝贵电镀缸空间(不一定需要消泡程序)。光纤光电技术非常稳
定及精确的，不会受电镀缸衰老、颜色变化或沈淀物突增影响。WNI系列控制器拥有自我检测、校准提示及4-20mA输出功能。
浓度读数单位..以克每升(g/L)或液盎司每加仑(oz/gal)，背光源LCD显示屏能以棒形图形式连续显示设定点与测量值的现况。
选择性pH控制继电器及输出端可用以添加控制或稳定溶液，每个输出端能统计以流量或时间为单位的总补充量。
不一定需要消泡程序..模拟讯号调节及专利的软件计算法省去传统的消泡程序组件。
参数调整..用户可调整浓度设定点、警报设定点(高位及低位)、盲点设定及开泵时限，连锁功能透过外接组件(例如流量掣)来释放输出端继电器的开或关。
