                 纳米水溶性金封闭剂103W

103W纳米金封闭剂是特别配制用于连续镀镀金或金镀层的水溶性耐腐蚀高盐雾防氧化剂,若把工件浸在本溶液,可形成一层约一分子厚度的有机纳米保护层,防止其他有关的氧化反应发生。

103W纳米金封闭剂含有一种可溶于水的非常活跃的镀层封孔剂,所形成的保护层无毒性和无刺激性,它可以在安全的情况下应用于珠宝、饰物、各类平面或管状器皿等。如应用于电子接插件等,对接触电阻的影响很小。

另一方面,焊接性能也不会在任何情况下有所影响。

二·溶液配制

注意:使用103W纳米金封闭剂前,必须摇匀,如储存温度低于25℃,103W纳米金封闭剂会部份固化,必须把容器放在50℃左右温水内,浓缩液便会变成透明黄橙色液体。

1  彻底清洗镀槽;

2  加入75%体积的纯水,加热至操作温度;

3  慢慢搅拌下,加入103W纳米金封闭剂,并搅拌均匀;

4  加纯水标准体积,搅拌均匀;

5  调整操作温度,溶液可以使用。

三·使用方法

1 将干燥或湿润的已清洁或活化的工件浸于保护液内,保护液的温度约为50℃,浸渍时间0.25~2.0min;

2 在温暖纯水(35~55℃)或除油剂内清洗0.5~1.0min;

3 在纯水中冲洗2~5min;(非常重要)

4 清洗干净后可干燥。

四·溶液维护及补充

如果保护冷却一段时间或停用稍长时间,则保护剂会分层,但加热后则会恢复正常,经常以纯水补充蒸发损失。如要过到理想的保护效果,请经常保持103W在100%工作浓度。

 AUTRONEX® NANO 103W (Provisional)

A Hole-Plug Solution for Gold Plated Surfaces

INTRODUCTION

AUTRONEX NANO 103W is a water base formula designed for THINNER gold with better

corrosion resistance and improved lubricity. AUTRONEX NANO 103W can coat an ultra thin

organic film on gold with thickness of a few nanometers and plug all holes on gold surface.

AUTRONEX NANO 103W is formulated as a ready for use solution; the working solution consists

of a few highly active oxidation inhibitors dissolved in a water based system. The film is non-

poisonous, non irritant and can be safely applied to gold and gold alloy surfaces. Because the ultra

thin film has a strong lubricating effect on contacts and at the same time hardly influences electrical

contact resistance, a treatment with AUTRONEX NANO 103W is suitable for electrical contacts and

other electronic components. Solderability is unaffected.

INITIAL MAKE-UP OF THE SOLUTION

1. Ensure that the tank is thoroughly cleaned before installing AUTRONEX NANO 103W.

2. AUTRONEX NANO 103W is a ready for use solution.

3. Heat the solution to the correct operating temperature.

4. Ensure that the temperature is within the correct operating range.

5. The bath is now ready to use.
