Abstract：The formulations and maintenance ofpretreatment(electrolytic degreasing，acid activating，pre―plating copper and pre-plating silver)and post-treatment(stripping silver and solderability preservation)of continuous high―speed spot silver plating process were given．The effects of high―speed silver electroplating process conditions，such as silver and free potassium cyanide contents，pH and temperature，on the quality of products were analyzed．Some troubleshooting measure
